Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, here are the most common questions I get during home inspections, and what you should know: How Long Will the Inspection Take? Inspections typically take between 2.5 to 4 hours. The timing depends on the size of the home, the number of defects, and how much we chat (which I always welcome!).
