As one of the very few women actively performing home inspections in the Pittsburgh area, I bring a unique, client-centered approach that prioritizes clarity, confidence, and calm. My goal is to help you make informed decisions about your investment without overwhelm or alarm.

I hold certifications from both ASHI and InterNACHI, two of the most respected organizations in the industry, and I adhere to their highest professional standards.
I also carry advanced certifications in radon measurement, mold sampling, and wood-destroying insect evaluations to provide a more complete inspection experience.

Before launching Fine Line Inspections, I earned a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from Valparaiso University and spent over 12 years working hands-on in construction and maintenance mechanics. This combination of field experience and critical thinking helps me spot real issues—and explain them in a way that’s straightforward and empowering.
