Hi, I'm Nicole Brooks, CMI, owner and inspector at Fine Line Inspections. I bring over 12 years of hands-on experience in construction and maintenance to every home I inspect.
I am certified with ASHI and InterNACHI, I have passed the National Home Inspector Exam, I hold PA credentials for radon and WDI, and I am an FAA-licensed drone pilot, so roofs and chimneys can be inspected safely from above.
I walk the home with you, explain what I find in plain language, and answer your questions before I leave.
